Making registration to the myWorld Benefit Program as easy and quick as possible is something that myWorld constantly puts a lot of emphasis on. Especially in times of continued strong growth in smartphone use, the free myWorld App is a particular focus. To improve the user experience for new myWorld shoppers, myWorld has therefore implemented native registration for the myWorld Benefit Program in the myWorld App.

Although it was already possible to register with myWorld via the app, users were redirected to a mobile web registration form, which meant they had to register outside the myWorld App. This intermediate step is now eliminated thanks to the work of myWorld’s product management, design & creative team, and app developers.

Prospective myWorld shoppers now experience a consistent user experience in the myWorld App that begins with registration. As a result, they have a consistent look and feel when they first open the app, the rearrangement of registration fields results in better usability, and the user journey from start to finish of registration has been greatly shortened.

Another advantage of native app registration is that changes to the web or app registration no longer affect the other platform. This means that further fine-tuning of the respective registration options can be carried out independently of each other and the requirements of the respective platform in terms of user experience can be better addressed.
